Marine Corps birthday celebrated

MARQUETTE — The Lake Superior Detachment #764 of the Marine Corps League is hosting the 2023 Marine Corps Birthday celebration in Marquette.

The celebration will begin at 6 p.m. Nov. 10 at Third Coast Pizza, 227 W. Washington St. in Marquette.

Birthday ceremonies will commence at 7:30 p.m. and include the traditional cake cutting ceremony.

All Marines and FMF Corpsmen with their families and friends are invited to join in the celebration. Food is complementary, beverages available for purchase.
