MARQUETTE — Marquette Senior High School students will have an early dismissal at 10:45 a.m. Feb. 15 to allow MSHS staff to host eighth grade orientation.

Busing will be provided for ninth to 12th grade students immediately following the dismissal. Lunch will be served to high school students.

The orientation will welcome students from Father Marquette Catholic Academy, Bothwell Middle School and other interested eighth graders from the area from 10:45 a.m. to 2:05 p.m. at MSHS. The event will include a campus tour, a full menu lunch in the cafeteria, an overview of freshman classes, a scavenger hunt and an introduction to organizations, activities and athletics.

A parent orientation will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 15 in the MSHS Little Theater. Bothwell and Father Marquette eighth graders do not need to register for this orientation.
