MARQUETTE — The Superiorland Woodturners December meeting will be held in the Marquette Arts and Culture Center in the lower level of the Peter White Public Library from 6:30-8:15 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 13.

The meeting will focus on coring out the center of larger bowl blanks to create smaller bowls from the same piece of wood. Marc Himes will be demonstrating the use of different tools to achieve this goal.

There will also be a “show and tell” time when members will share and discuss recent work they have done.

The meeting is free of charge and the public is invited.
