MARQUETTE — UPAWS is having a pop-up holiday store from Friday through Sunday in the UPAWS Community Room at 815 South M-553.

The hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

There are new styles of T-shirts, blankets, pom-pom hats, and scarves, as well as holiday toys for dogs and cats and cat-nip pillows.

There will also be a small amount of 2021 Pet Photo Calendars for sale, organizers said.

“Stop by and pick up your holiday pet lovers’ gifts and something for yourself too,” organizers said in an announcement. “And remember, all proceeds benefit the homeless animals we care for 365 days a year.”

COVID-19 safety protocols will be required by all. That means masks, 6 feet social distancing, and a limited number of customers at one time. The entrance will be marked.
