Artist Donna Budzenski of Marquette starts a painting at Presque Isle Park for the Plein Air Painting Festival All-Day Paint Competitiion Saturday afternoon. Participating artist had the choice of painting any scene within the city of Marquette. Paintings had to be created outdoors, on-site, and had to illustrate or be inspired by real-life scenes of the area.
