July 6

– 12:56 p.m., small pitbull dog barking; spoke with owners; puppy in training, 100 block West Michigan Street

– 1:18 p.m., drunkenness in trees behind Snowberry; moved along, 200 block South Fifth Street

– 1:35 p.m., dogs at large; two yellow labs wearing spiked collars, 2400 block County Road 550

– 1:41 p.m., Child Protective Services assist; no one home, 300 block Rock Street

– 2:24 p.m., warrant authorized; log entry, 300 block of West Baraga Avenue

– 2:46 p.m., vehicle parked in private; gone on arrival, 100 block South Front Street

– 3:29 p.m., hit-and-run accident, 800 block Clark Street

– 3:37 p.m., client wants to speak with an officer regarding a Personal Protection Order violation, 1300 block South Front Street

– 4:00 p.m., subject reports being grabbed by another; officer will follow up, 900 block West Washington Street

– 4:06 p.m., lost dog; has been gone for 45 minutes, Presque Isle Avenue

– 4:08 p.m., paid money for cell phone purchase online; phone was not sent; advised civil, 300 block Pine Street

– 4:16 p.m., vehicle parked in restricted; green station wagon, North Second Street

– 5:55 p.m., well being check on a dog in vehicle; dog was fine, windows rolled down and had food and water, 200 block West Michigan Street

– 5:56 p.m., personal damage accident, West Washington near Meeske Street

– 6:11 p.m., vehicle parked improperly in front of business; cited, 100 block West Washington Street

– 6:12 p.m., well being check on a dog in vehicle; red truck with Montana plates; dog is fine, 200 block East Main Street

– 6:20 p.m., hit-and-run accident, 400 block West Ohio Street

– 6:24 p.m., raccoon stuck in a dumpster, 200 block Whetstone Road

– 7:33 p.m., property inspection, 400 block West Washington Street

– 7:51 p.m., threats between neighbors, 2000 block Presque Isle Avenue

– 8:32 p.m., loud music coming from bar; spoke to manager; they will turn the music down, 400 block W. Washington Street

– 9:36 p.m., well being check; was having phone problems, 500 block Gray

– 10:08 p.m., smell of marijuana; no smell detected by officers, 2000 block Presque Isle

– 11:27 p.m., smell of marijuana in room, 1100 block U.S. 41 West

– 12:11 a.m., operating while intoxicated arrest; 100 block West Main Street

– 7:36 a.m., traffic detail, South Front Street near Genesee Street

– 8:38 a.m., traffic detail, Kildahl Avenue near West Avenue

– 9:02 a.m., vehicle parked in rental space, 100 block West Main Street

– 10:33 a.m., report, 300 block West Washington Street

– 10:40 a.m., arrest, domestic assault, 800 block Preserve Drive

– 10:58 a.m., driving complaint, claims driver of vehicle crossed the double yellow lines on his right side and passed him while he had his blinker on to make a left hand turn – other driver claims she was not seen by him as she may have been in his blind spot, McClellan Avenue near Grove Street

– 11:47 a.m., walk in – larceny other, at station

– 11:50 a.m., walk in – larceny, at station

– 11:58 a.m., parking complaint – both parties spoken to, 800 block West Washington Street

– 11:59 a.m., extra checks requested – vagrants are hanging out behind the Village Shopping Center and leaving a large number of booze bottles, 1000 block North Third Street

– 12:05 p.m., cash stolen from wallet that was in a vehicle, 2000 block of Presque Isle Avenue.

– 12:30 p.m., possible domestic, report of male and female screaming at each other for over an hour, 200 block of Seventh Street

– 12:48 p.m., vehicle parked in restricted area, gone on arrival, 100 block of Morgan Street

– 1:14 p.m., warrant arrest, obstructing justice, 100 block of West Baraga Avenue

– 1:34 p.m., subject reports large sink hole on the beach near the hazardous current signs; Marquette Department of Public Works notified of the safety concern, 2500 block of North Lakeshore Boulevard

– 1:37 p.m., open intoxicants, cited, 100 block of South Third Street

– 1:49 p.m., open intoxicants, cited, 100 block of South Third Street

– 2:03 p.m., tables prohibiting handicap access on sidewalk; tables were moved accordingly, 100 block of West Washington Street

– 2:05 p.m., consumer obtaining electricity illegally; supervisor just wanted a record made, 2000 block of Wright Street

– 2:40 p.m., personal protection order violation; arrest, 300 block of West Baraga Avenue

– 2:46 p.m., lost wallet found in business; called owner and left message to retrieve from service counter, 1100 block of West Washington Street

– 2:53 p.m., graffiti painted in pink on sidewalk; Marquette Department of Public Works advised, 200 block of West College Avenue

– 2:55 p.m., reckless driver in lot, gone on arrival, 1400 block of West Fair Avenue

– 3:15 p.m., lockout assistance; opened, 2500 block of Sugarloaf Avenue

– 3:48 p.m., non-traffic accident; knows the owner of the trailer, will handle civilly, 2000 block of Presque Isle Avenue

– 3:55 p.m., three young boys lit off fireworks and took off on their bikes when confronted by neighbor, advised of complaint, 2300 block of Wilkinson Avenue

– 4:24 p.m., dog got away from sitter, 1400 bock of Wright Street

– 4:52 p.m., parking, 1400 block of North McClellan Avenue

– 4:59 p.m., Wells Fargo debit card stolen at homeless shelter by unknown subject, 900 block of West Fair Avenue

– 5:30 p.m., non-traffic accident in parking lot, 1400 block of O’Dovero Drive

– 6:23 p.m., complaint about loud band at a bar; advised staff of complaint, band asked to turn it down, 400 block of West Washington Street

– 6:26 p.m., unwanted subject; removed and transported to Big Bay by a county unit, 1800 block of West Fair Avenue

– 6:51 p.m., barking dog, nobody home; attempted to call owner, unable to contact, message left, 400 block of West Crescent Street

– 6:58 p.m., lockout, opened, East Spring Street near South Lakeshore Boulevard

– 7:25 p.m., residential alarm, accidentally set off by neighbor who had key; house checked, all secure, 300 block of West Crescent Street
