– 4:21 p.m., caller reports dog in vehicle without window down; animal OK; officer spoke with owner, 1400 block of O’Dovero Drive

– 4:57 p.m., lockout assistance, 200 block of Hewitt Avenue

– 6:08 p.m., driver arrested for operating without insurance, U.S. 41 near McClellan Avenue

– 6:39 p.m., caller reports restaurant serving alcohol on the sidewalk without a barrier in violation of city ordinance; no violation found, 100 block of West Washington Street

– 7:20 p.m., intoxicated subject passed out; issued citation for open intoxicants, 100 block of West Ohio Street

– 8:01 p.m., vehicle lockout assistance, 100 block of Jackson Cut Alley

– 8:13 p.m., disorderly intoxicated subject near school; subject was leaving area, 100 block of West Ohio Street

– 9:06 p.m., lockout assistance, 400 block of Stone Quarry Road

– 9:15 p.m., cell phone left on porch, 300 block of South Fifth Street

– 10:07 p.m., animal dead in water near pavilion; located and disposed of, Peter White Drive

– 11:01 p.m., operating while intoxicated; second arrest, 1100 block of West Washington Street

– 11:37 p.m., caller reports natural gas smell; unable to locate, 400 block of Rock Street

– 11:38 p.m., intoxicated subject sleeping in sleeping bag near sidewalk; moved along, 100 block of West Hewitt Avenue

– 12:03 a.m., loud music complaint; stopped before officer arrival, 1000 block of Jefferson Street

– 12:45 a.m., assist other agency with K9 search, County Road 550 near Dead River

– 1:31 a.m., warrant arrest; lodged at Marquette County Jail, 100 block of West Washington Street

– 1:42 a.m., found wallet, 100 block of West Washington Street

– 2:46 a.m., loud noise complaint; cleared out prior to arrival, 2100 block of Presque Isle Avenue

– 2:54 a.m., caller thought someone was trying to enter back door of premises; intoxicated subjects leaning against the door taking “selfies,” 700 block of North Third Street

– 2:57 a.m., disorderly conduct reported, 2000 block of U.S. 41 South

– 3:19 a.m., two suspicious males located putting graffiti on wall, 1200 block of West Fair Avenue

– 3:33 a.m., alarm activated, 3100 block of Island Beach Road

– 3:51 a.m., elderly lady left her dog outside for four to five hours; access gained in the house; dog let it; all is OK, 1800 block of Wilkinson Avenue

– 7:26 a.m., skunk in caller’s fenced-in backyard with a can on its head; officers caught skunk, removed can and relocated animal, 600 block of Craig Street

– 11:30 a.m., parking complaint; vehicle facing wrong direction was cited, 200 block of West Ridge Street

– 11:30 a.m., caller reports intoxicated subject drinking in wooded area near Picnic Rocks and harassing people; subject arrested for outstanding warrants, 1300 block of North Lakeshore Boulevard

– 11:47 a.m., attempted resisting and obstructing and open intoxicants reported, 1300 block of North Lakeshore Boulevard

– 12:15 p.m., caller reports vehicle blocking mailboxes; owner moved vehicles, 1400 block of West Avenue

– 12:22 p.m., cell phone found and returned to owner, 300 block of West Baraga Avenue

– 12:23 p.m., wallet found and returned to owner, 200 block of West Washington Street
