≤ 4:57 a.m., caller reports a water main leak, DPW supervisor was advised, Brule Road near Joliet Road

≤ 5:06 a.m., dog bite victim to be seen at the hospital, victim and owner of dog are friends, owner of dog contacted by officer and given protocol, 800 block North Fourth Street

≤ 9:15 a.m., range advises test alarm failures at both Coast Guard house and Lighthouse, buildings secure, 400 block Coast Guard Road

≤ 11:31 a.m., complaints of garbage being thrown out of vehicles and heavier traffic from younger drivers in their teens and 20s, request for extra checks, 400 block North Seventh Street

≤ 12:42 p.m., child custody issue, arrangements made for child exchange at police department, 500 block West Ridge Street

≤ 2:16 p.m., well-being check, 500 block Wright Street

≤ 3:23 p.m., secure, 500 block North McClellan Avenue

≤ 4:15 p.m., subject reportedly panhandling near the traffic light at McClellan Avenue and the bypass, area checked, gone on arrival, U.S. 41 Bypass near McClellan Avenue

≤ 4:50 p.m., report of subjects removing cut wood from Tourist Park, turned out to be DPW employees, 2100 block Sugarloaf Avenue

≤ 7:40 p.m., report of an elderly male who wandered into residence, the elderly male had Alzheimer’s and was returned to residence, 300 block Whetstone Road

≤ 8:00 p.m., elevator locked up by patrol, 100 block West Main Street

≤ 8:35 p.m., traffic stop, careless driving, cited, incident report, U.S. 41 Bypass near McClellan Avenue

≤ 9:55 p.m., harassing Facebook message, 500 block West Ridge Street

≤ 10:30 p.m., patrol flagged down about a possible OWI driver in semi, operator of semi located, not OWI, County Road 550 near Dead River Bridge

≤ 11:05 p.m., 911 hang up, no problems, 2200 block Wilkinson Avenue
