Fatal motorcycle crash in Marinette County

MARINETTE, Wisconsin — Marinette County Sheriff Randy Miller reports that at 12:54 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, Marinette County Dispatch was notified of a single motorcycle crash that happened on County Highway Z near Fur Farm Drive in the Town of Beecher. The caller, who was an off-duty Marinette County Sheriff’s Office patrol sergeant, reported coming upon the crash on the side of the roadway. MENOMINEE — Edward Richard Hollston, Jr., 38, of Menominee, was sentenced to a term of 17 months to 5 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections for a probation violation of an underlying conviction for operating while intoxicated.
