Father Marquette students visit Washington D.C.

Seventh- and eighth-grade students from Father Marquette Catholic Academy visit some of Washington D.C.’s most well-known places during their trip to the nation’s capital. Students got to take in the World War II Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Capitol Building and the Vietnam War Memorial wall, where students found the name of a Marquette resident who died fighting in that war, as well as many other places of historical significance.
