Trump Victory Marquette County field office held grand opening Saturday
MARQUETTE — Trump Victory, which is a combined effort among Republican National Committee, the Trump Campaign, and Michigan Republican Party, hosted a grand opening at its Marquette County field office on Saturday afternoon to highlight its in-person campaigning in the Upper Peninsula.
The Marquette office will allow the field team to hold in-person events, train volunteers and knock on doors across the U. P., officials said.
“I’m so excited to be here today with our dedicated army of volunteers across northern Michigan,” U.S. Rep. Jack Bergman, R-Watersmeet, said in a statement. “United as one team with Trump Victory, we will work tirelessly every day to re-elect President Trump and help elect Republicans up and down the ballot. Michiganders across our two beautiful peninsulas want four more years of President Trump’s promises-made, promises-kept leadership.”
Trump Victory Michigan “safely resumed in-person campaign activities in June, while adhering to state and local safety guidelines,” organizers said in a press release.
The office is located at 148 West Washington St. in Marquette.
