Ringing in the holidays

Santa Clause, of the North Pole, makes an appearance in the parade on an Ishpeming City fire truck. The Grinch is seen approaching the vehicle, undoubtably sharing a few humbug sentiments. Ishpeming’s city residences kicked off the holiday season Friday night on Main Street, between Division Street and Old Ish Park, for the annual Christmas Parade. The event ended with the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree and with Mr. and Mrs. Clause arriving at Santa’s workshop to met with a long line of children gathered to speak with the pair.
