MRHC open house tonight
MARQUETTE — Dibaajimowinan-Our Stories will be offered from 6:30-8 p.m. today at the Marquette Regional History Center.
The center’s annual December open house will focus on Anishinaabe legends. Collaborating with Northern Michigan University Native American Language and Culture Club, the center will host Leora Lancaster, her students and fellow community members to tell Anishinaabe legends and welcome winter through traditional stories. Admissions is free but donations are appreciated.
