Bingo — Bell Auxiliary is sponsoring a senior luncheon and bingo every third Friday of the month. The luncheon/bingo will be at the Ishpeming Senior Center from noon to 2 p.m. There is no charge. Schizophrenics Alliance Group — is a six-step support group for individuals with schizophrenia or a related disorder. Meetings will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Brantley Drop-In. Contact Annette at 226-1077 for more information.

Tech Help Drop-In — Members of the Northern Michigan University Student Cybersecurity Association will be available to provide assistance with all tech needs. Peter White Public Library Heritage Room, 4-5:30 p.m.

Fish Fry — Ishpeming VFW Post 4573, 310 Bank St., will have Friday Night Fish Fry each week from 4-7 p.m. The menu features a variety of fish, baked or fried, ribeye steak, chicken and burgers. Each dinner includes a baked potato or fries, applesauce, coleslaw, roll and dessert. Eat-in or take-out will be available. Call 486-4856 for more information. Funds raised support local veterans.

Elks Fish Fry — Marquette Elks Lodge 405 Fish Fry is from 4:30-7 p.m. The public is welcome. Live music by Bob Buchkoe is part of the evening as well. The Marquette Elks Lodge is located at 127 N. Front St. Reservations are accepted. Call 906-226-7611. Dinners also are available for carry out.

Marquette Legion Fish Fry — American Legion Post 44 will host a Fish Fry from 5-7 p.m. at the post, 700 W. Bluff St., Marquette. Featured will be whitefish, shrimp or chicken strips plus baked potato or french fries. Salad bar included with all meals. This meal is open to the public. The Legion Auxiliary is holding a bake sale during the fish fry as well.

Teen Night — is 6-10 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Gwinn. Free movies, games and popcorn. Call 346-6115.

Speaker — Celebrate Recovery of NORTHIRON Church in Ishpeming is having a special guest speaker: Brian Cole. Cole will be sharing his testimony of recovery. He is currently the director of addiction transformation at the Crossroads Outreach Center in Ashland, Wisconsin. Live worship begins at 6 p.m. Brian will then share a message on “Breaking the Cycles of Addiction.”.A time of refreshments and fellowship will follow.

Hiawatha concert — the Hiawatha Music Co-op and the Peter White Public Library invite music lovers to the annual Hiawatha Master Artist Concert with the Mountain Birch Duo at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. in the Library’s Community Room. Tickets are $5 with kids under 12 admitted for free.

Ghosts of Lighthouse Point — Marquette Maritime Museum presents Ghosts of Lighthouse Point: 7-8 p.m. is Kid and Family Friendly and 8-10 p.m. is Teens and Adults only. This haunted tour benefits the Marquette Maritime Museum and the Northern Michigan University Food Pantry with local assistance by the U.S. Coast Guard Marquette Station, NMU SVA, and ASNMU. General admission is $10 plus one canned good and NMU student admission (with ID) is $5 and one canned good. Tours leave every 10 minutes. Reserve a spot for the 7 p.m., 8 p.m. or 9 p.m. hours. Dance — The Marquette Folk Dancers have weekly recreational dancing at 7 p.m. at the DanceZone, corner of College and Lincoln. Beginners and visitors always welcome. No experience necessary. Phone 226-9617 for information. Per person fee: $120 annual membership or $3 per session.

“Full Monty” — Northern Michigan University’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents the musical “The Full Monty.” 7:30 p.m. at Forest Roberts Theatre. Tickets are $17 for the general public; $12 for NMU faculty/staff, seniors, and military; $10 for students; and $5 for NMU students. Tickets are available for purchase through NMU EZ Ticket outlets.
