MARQUETTE — Marquette’s Superiorland Duplicate Bridge Club will be hosting its annual Sectional Bridge Tournament to be held in Marquette Thursday-Saturday, Oct. 10-12.

Bridge players from Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and areas of Canada will join local bridge players for the three-day event. All bridge players are encouraged to participate.

All tournament games will be played at the Marquette Township Center on Commerce Drive. Play will begin at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10. The complete schedule:

Friday, Oct. 11

≤ 9 a.m. Session 3 Pair/Team Game

≤ 1:30 p.m. Session 4 Pair/Team Game

≤ 7 p.m. Session 5 Short-match Swiss Game

Saturday, Oct. 12

≤ 9 a.m. Stratified Swiss Game (two sessions, lunch provided between sessions for a charge).

The entry fee for all sessions is $9 plus $4 additional per session for unpaid ACBL Members. Note, a player can play in as many sessions of the tournament as desired.
