Lioness Group having pie social

SKANDIA — Skandia Lioness Group will be having its 16th Annual Pie Social on Aug. 24.

The event will be at the Skandia Township Community Center, 224 Kreiger Drive, Skandia, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. There will be a wide assortment of homemade pies.

All proceeds from this social event will go to support the Upper Peninsula Honor Flight.

All are invited to participate.
