L’ANSE — The old-time and ethnic music of Wil Kilpela and Friends will be presented at the free L’Anse Lakefront Concerts, 7 p.m. Aug. 29.

The lakefront park is at the foot of Broad Street at the lake. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy their music, the summer weather and the spectacular view.

Meadowbrook Arena is the site in case of inclement weather.
