Ishpeming Cemetery tours — The Ishpeming Area Historical Society offers cemetery tours at 6:30 p.m. The tour is canceled if there is inclement weather. Meet in front of the cemetery at the sexton’s office. The cost for each tour is $5 which benefits the Ishpeming Area Historical Society. Groups can be accommodated with private tours. AMVETS Post 122 — meets at 7 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday every month. In the summer, the meetings are at the Post Home at Lake Unky on County Road 581 in west Ishpeming, and in the other seasons, the meetings take place at VFW Post 3165 in Negaunee.
