NEGAUNEE — The Negaunee Beautification Committee is having its first meeting of 2019.

At 7 p.m. Wednesday, the NBC will hold its first 2019 meeting at the Midtown Bakery & Cafe. The meeting will establish a calendar and a “to do” list for the year.

Anyone who loves flowers and making things look nicer is encouraged to join as there is always a contribution that one can make.

The 1844 ore carts will need adopting again this year along with many other ways anyone can help out. No gardening expertise or knowledge is needed.

Marigold Mania 2019 is just a short distance on the horizon.
