Student artists to be celebrated

CURTIS — The Erickson Center for the Arts, Curtis, is having a reception to celebrate local student artists from 6:30-8 p.m. March 14.

Attendees may view the fifth annual Student Art Show exhibit and support these talented young artists. Parents are encouraged to bring their student to represent their art. Second Thursday Creativity event 

MARQUETTE — Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum’s Second Thursday Creativity Nights will be Family Science Night this month.

The event will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. March 14. It will be a night of science-themed crafts featuring NMU Science Clubs, live music and a free Culver’s custard 10-topping sundae bar.
