12-Step Recovery Groups — offered daily at the Alano Club, 1202 S. Front St., Marquette.

Legion officer — American Legion Department Service Officer Lisa Clark will be in Marquette from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at American Legion Post 44, 700 W. Bluff St. She is available to assist all veterans and families of veterans with claim preparation, presentation, counsel and appeal counsel at no cost to the veterans. Anyone who believes they may be eligible for VA compensation on health, education and/or employment issues, stop at Post 44 and see Clark.
