MARQUETTE — Range Financial Corp. held its annual meeting of shareholders on May 16 in Marquette.

Five directors were elected. They were: Peter W. Frazier, Plant Engineer, Fraco, Inc.; Anita A. Johns, Holiday Travel Vacations; Allan L. Koskey, Retired, Koskey Funeral Home, Inc.; Stephen D. Vairo, President, Calumet Electronics Corp. and Timothy J. Baroni, Community Bank President, Range Bank, N.A. Other directors of the Corporation include; Anthony N. Kroncich, Dr. Peter A. LaFreniere, John F. Marshall, Kenneth A. Palmer, Anthony P. Locatelli, John F. Pillote M.D., William C. Verrette and Janet R. Kuru.

Officers of the corporation are elected to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders in 2018. The officers of Range Financial Corp. are Kenneth A. Palmer, chairman, president and chief executive officer; Roxanne M. Daust, vice president; John C. Frost, treasurer; John W. Lenten, secretary and Linda M. Turri, assistant secretary.
