MARQUETTE — If you’re looking for a place to grab food, drink and watch the game, The 906 Sports Bar and Grill is the place to go.

Located in downtown Marquette, the locally owned and family-friendly business provides some of the best views in town, an affordable menu, made-from-scratch dishes and sauces, fresh ingredients, wonderful service and a welcoming environment for all to enjoy.

The 906 serves lunch and dinner daily, has a full-service bar, 10 beers on tap, as well as happy hour specials Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The bar and grill offers a variety of items on its menu, including mouthwatering appetizers, wraps, salads, sandwiches, soups and a Friday Fish Fry. Salads are fresh romaine and spinach. Nothing is pre-made. Gluten free and vegetarian options are also available.

The Wildcat Burger Special, a customer favorite, changes weekly to keep it interesting. The special is a 1/2 pound burger, sometimes cheese stuffed, topped with hash browns or vegetables. It can be spicy, sweet, you name it. Even though it changes every week, one thing’s for sure — it’s always delicious — and at a fair price!

With 14 high-definition televisions, The 906 is a great space to bring a group of friends and grab a few pitchers of beer to watch your favorite sports game. They carry the Big 10 Network, NFL Ticket, MLB Extra Innings and NHL Center Ice packages.

The 906 also provides night entertainment for the later crowd looking to let loose and have a good time.

On Friday, country music and dancing starts after the kitchen closes around 10 p.m.

Thursday is live, interactive trivia night. There’s no cost to participate, so grab your friends, family members and enjoy a delicious meal and a fun time. Select pitchers are available for $8 and boneless wings for $7 from 7 to 10 p.m.

The 906 Sports Bar and Grill is located at 145 W. Washington St., Marquette. Kitchen hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The bar stays open Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m.!
