Two awards programs name
Global Response as finalist
MARQUETTE — Global Response, The Brand Call Centers, has been named a finalist in two 2019 awards programs, sponsored separately by ICMI and ContactCenterWorld.
“We are honored to be recognized,” Global Response Co-CEO Wendy Shooster-Leuchter said in a press release. “This is a tribute to our contact center team and to the power of relationships, which are so important to us. We can reach incredible achievements through the strength of our partnerships.”
ICMI: Best Outsourcing Provider finalist
The Margate, Florida, contact center, which has operations in Gwinn and Iron River, was named finalist in the Best Outsourcing Provider category of the 2019 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards. Global Response and other award recipients will be celebrated May 14 during ICMI’s Contact Center Expo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where the winners of each category will be announced.
ICMI, the International Customer Management Institute, is dedicated to elevating the customer experience through training, events, consulting and information resources, according to its website.
ContactCenterWorld: Best Outsourcing Partnership finalist
Global Response was also named a finalist in the Best Outsourcing Partnership Category of ContactCenterWorld’s 2019 Top Ranking Performers awards.
Global Response and other finalists in the North and South America region will present during ContactCenterWorld’s Next Generation Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices conference in Toronto, May 6-8. Winners will then compete at the world finals in Barcelona, Dec. 2-5.
