Who has influenced you the most?
My mom has been the biggest influence in my life. She gave me a home that I felt safe in, safe enough to take risks in life. She always encouraged me to take the harder path because she knew I was strong enough. The confidence she had in me got me through these four years of high school. My mom was at every single sporting event and extracurricular event that I had. She has always been an inspiration to me in the way she gives back and cares for people. I am who I am today because of my mom.
Advice for underclassmen:
Don’t spend your high school years stressing about what you’ll do in the future. Focus on the lessons you are taught and the relationships you make. What matters in life is not what you can do but what you can give to others and what you take from others.

Who has influenced you the most?
For the past eighteen years of my life, my parents have been there for me through every step of the way. They encourage me to follow my own path in life, teach valuable lessons that I still carry with me, and give me a listening ear when I need it most. I certainly wouldn’t be the person I am today if not for my mom and dad.
Advice for underclassmen:
Don’t beat yourself up over your grades or your faults. Even when it seems like life is at its worst, you’ll push back and come out stronger than before. Just put in your best effort, don’t overthink things, surround yourself with others who’ll pick you up rather than push you down, try new things you never saw yourself doing, show up and finish things on time, take care of yourself, and make the most out of life. After all, you only have one.
