MARQUETTE -- There’s a new physician in the region specializing in treatment for injuries and conditions involving the hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder.
Michael Kreft, M.D. of Advanced Center for Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery of Marquette, is a hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder surgeon whose practice includes treatment of a wide range of upper-extremity conditions.
His areas of specialization include carpal and cubital tunnel surgery, trigger finger, tendon and ligament injuries and fractures and dislocations involving the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. He also treats arthritis of the upper extremities and performs joint replacement procedures.
Among the procedures offered are wrist, elbow and shoulder arthroscopy; total and reverse shoulder replacement; total elbow replacement; rotator cuff repair; and biceps tendon repair. His practice also includes treatment of upper-extremity nerve injuries, Dupuytren’s disease and other conditions.
