MARQUETTE — Due to the forecast for inclement weather, tonight’s Music on Third event will be canceled.

“With potential for rain and high wind speeds, we have to take the safety of the performers and their equipment as our top priority,” said Marquette Downtown Development Authority officials in a press release.

The next Music on Third will be on Sept. 19. Street closure expansion will be implemented at the September event as well.
