MARQUETTE — The city of Marquette’s Planning Commission is holding a public meeting on Tuesday.

The agenda includes a special land-use permit for hotel use along Lakeshore Boulevard.

The public hearing for the requests will be held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 300 W. Baraga Ave., at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The commission will allow for public comments on the matters during the meeting. Written comments may also be submitted to the Department of Community Development, located at 1100 Wright St. in Marquette, or by emailing alanders@marquettemi.gov. Written submissions will be accepted until noon the day of the meeting.
