Westwood Mall sold

MARQUETTE — The Westwood Mall property in Marquette Township has been sold.

Marquette Township Planning and Zoning Administrator Jason McCarthy confirmed the that the majority of the 30-acre property was sold to two different developers.

The Kohan Retail Investment Group out of Great Neck, New York purchased the main mall portion of the property on Feb. 4, McCarthy said, while a second developer purchased the portion of the property comprised of Kohls, Applebees, Verizon and H&R Block. Aspen Dental was part of the original property, but has not yet been sold.
