MARQUETTE — Dr. Anja Hoffstrom was born and raised in Marquette and has returned home to raise her family and practice dentistry. She has been practicing in the Marquette area and is excited to join Dr. Carla Skaates at Superior Dental Care.

Hoffstrom started in the dental field as a dental assistant in 2005. She earned her undergraduate degree in dental hygiene from the University of Michigan in 2011 then practiced hygiene in Marquette for one year. She then returned to the University of Michigan, earning her dental degree in 2016. Hoffstrom is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Superior District Dental Society.

Outside of work, she spends time exploring the outdoors with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys golfing, music, traveling, cross-country skiing, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Hoffstrom is welcoming new patients of all ages and accepts most insurances.
