MARQUETTE – Seniors Jordyn Ross and Erik Soderman of Northern Michigan University have been named the CCSA skiers of the week for their accomplishments at the Telemark Chase held last weekend.

Ross skied to victory in the women’s 10-kilometer freestyle mass start race in Cable, Wisconsin, with a time of 34:11.9. She also finished fifth in the 5K classic race.

Soderman skied a strong race in the men’s 15K freestyle mass start race at the Telemark, finishing second. In the 10K classic race, he took third.
