HOUGHTON — Season tickets for a number of Michigan Tech sporting teams went on sale during the past week.

They are available through the online site Michigan Tech Tickets, www.buyhuskiestickets.com, or at the Central Ticket Office located at the Student Development Complex.

Sports included in the sale are hockey, football, basketball and volleyball.

Early Bird deadline for hockey is Aug. 4, with single-game tickets for that sport becoming available Sept. 2.

MTU Athletics encourages fans to use a new ticketing system by creating or activating their account in advance on the tickets website for season tickets.

More information is available at the MTU athletics website, michigantechhuskies.com, including for reserved seat season ticket holders to renew, the Hat Trick package of three hockey games, VIP 2-Pack packages for Huskies’ football, and discounts for the Family Pack, group, faculty, staff, senior citizens and military.
