Clinics offered for high school girls tennis players

MARQUETTE — Prospective girls tennis players who will be in or ready to start high school during the 2025-26 school year are invited to sign up for a five-week instructional program offered by local tennis professional Josh Kitto.

The clinics are designed for current eighth-grade and high school girls who want to learn about and compete in high school tennis.

Sessions will be held each Thursday starting next week, May 8, through June 5, with each session from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Marquette Senior High School courts located on the school grounds.

Those interested in racquet sports can also join the Facebook group Marquette County Tennis and Pickleball to stay current on all events and clinics.
