Michigan Tech spring football game this afternoon
HOUGHTON — Michigan Tech will hold its annual spring football game at Kearly Stadium at 1 p.m. today.
This intrasqaud scrimmage and practice is free to attend and all are invited.
The Huskies have spent four weeks in spring practice under second-year head coach Dan Mettlach, an MTU and Gwinn High School graduate.
Tech went 5-5 overall and 1-5 in the GLIAC last fall having faced a trio of top-25 nationally ranked teams.
The Huskies welcome a signing class of 32 players and kick off their season on Thursday, Aug. 29, at Bemidji State.
