FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — The conference Finlandia University belongs to for a number of sports, including men’s and women’s basketball, has announced plans to proceed with spring sports competitions and championships as scheduled.

Finlandia spring sports include baseball and softball.

The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference board of directors confirmed the plans for spring, though it is subject to change as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve.

Ultimately, the conference said, it will be the decision of each C2C institution as to whether they are able to participate this spring.

Other C2C members are spread across Wisconsin, California, Virginia, Maryland, New York and Massachusetts.
