ESCANABA — Munising sophomore Marissa Ackerman scored one point while pulling in four rebounds as the Bay College women’s basketball team lost 84-39 to Bryant & Stratton College on Saturday.

Gwinn freshmen Trish McGuire and Brooke Mannor didn’t score for the Norse (14-10), but McGuire pulled down three rebounds and Mannor had one.

Bryant & Stratton (16-6) jumped out to leads of 22-9 after one quarter and 47-15 at halftime.

Bay finishes its regular season with three road games this week, traveling to Ironwood to face Gogebic Community College at 6 p.m. EST Wednesday, then going to Chicago to face Malcolm X College on Friday and Harry S Truman College on Saturday.
