ESCANABA — Four area players all scored as the Bay College women’s basketball team overwhelmed the Lake Superior State JV 113-20 on Sunday at the Norse gym.

Freshman Trisha McGuire of Gwinn led the local contingent with nine points, making all four of her shots while adding three steals and a rebound.

Sophomore Kelsea Ackerman of Munising had eight points, making 2 of 3 on 3-pointers, while getting two rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Freshman Brooke Mannor of Gwnn had four points, four rebounds and two steals, while sophomore Marissa Ackerman of Munising scored three points, making her only shot that was a 3-pointer, with six steals and three assists.

Teammate Haley Trudell led all scorers with 20 points as the Norse (3-1) grabbed leads of 25-5 after one quarter and 60-13 at halftime.
