BIG BAY — The inaugural Yellow Dog Dash will be held Saturday morning in Big Bay.

Put on by the Yellow Dog Watershed Preserve, the event can be run or walked over five kilometers or 10K starting at 11 a.m. A children’s half-mile dash starts at 10:30 a.m.

Registration is available at the website https://yellowdogwatershed.org/ or at the trailhead just beyond the Yellow Dog Bridge on County Road 510 starting at 9:30 a.m. that day.

Entry fees benefit YDWP programs as prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event.
