Allan notches 2nd hole-in-one
MARQUETTE – David Allan of Marquette recorded his second career hole-in-one at the Marquette Golf Club on Friday afternoon.
A club member, Allan used an 8-iron to ace the 128-yard seventh hold on the Heritage course. He reported that his tee shot went directly into the hole on the fly as part of his round of 85 that included 41 on the front nine.
Witnesses were playing partners and fellow club members Wayne “Mokey” Garrow and Bill Laurich.
