The pair — among only six honored on the team — are Wildcats senior forward Andre Ghantous and sophomore defenseman Josh Zinger.
Ghantous was named to the All-CCHA Second Team last spring after leading NMU in assists with 25 and points with 38.
He was also named CCHA Forward of the Month in February.
As a freshman last season, Zinger totaled three goals and 13 assists for 16 points as a blueliner. His top offensive production came with three assists during the Wildcats’ third home game against Alaska-Anchorage.

A player from Michigan Tech shared the Preseason Player of the Year nod. Goalie Blake Pietila tied in the voting with Bowling Green State forward Austen Swankler.
Bemidji State’s Eric Pohlkamp was named the Preseason Rookie of the Year, while the balance of the Preseason Team includes Pietila, Swankler, MTU forward Kyle Kukkonen and Bowling Green defenseman Ben Wozney.
