New NMU football coach invites fans to locker room to learn about upgrades

MARQUETTE — Alumni, fans and other supporters of the Northern Michigan University football program are invited to an informal gathering in the Wildcats’ football locker room from 4-5 p.m. Thursday.

New NMU head coach Shane Richardson will update those attending about upgrades to the locker room in the Superior Dome and their importance to the Wildcats’ program.

There will also be an opportunity to learn about ways supporters can help out with the project.

No reservations are necessary — just drop in to visit.
