HANCOCK — Westwood suffocated Hancock’s offense as the Patriots cruised to a 49-21 victory in a high school boys basketball game played Monday evening.

The Patriots held the Bulldogs to single-digits scoring in every quarter, building leads of 15-8 after one quarter and 28-11 at halftime.

Westwood’s Zach Carlson scored a game-high 13 points, 12 coming in the middle two quarters, while teammate Zach Beckman added 12. Tyler Annala scored nine points and Garrett Sundberg seven as each nailed a pair of 3-pointers. JD Sebbas paced Hancock with nine points.
