GWINN — Tonight’s Manistique at Gwinn varsity football game has been canceled and forfeited to the Modeltowners due to the visiting Emeralds not being able to field enough players because of injuries.

Several special events surrounding the game, however, will still be held. They include the Meet the Modeltowners event from 5-7 p.m., Stuff the Bus which runs from morning to 7 p.m. and the high school tennis court’s grand opening ceremony at 4:30 p.m.
