Trump made $2.2 billion dollars off the presidency in 2025. So, how are you doing?
Groceries, gas, interest rates and inflation are all up. How did this happen when he campaigned so relentlessly about his plan:
*I'll cut energy prices in 1/2 in 12 months to a maximum of 18 months
*Gas will be below $2 a gallon
*I'll bring down grocery prices on Day One
Some other promises made but not kept:
*I'll end the Ukraine war on Day One or even before I take office
*In vitro fertilization treatment will be free
*I'll be your president of peace
Promises made that have been kept, much to the detriment of our country:
*I'll sign pardons for some or many convicted in the Jan. 6, 2021 event
*Tariff the hell out of countries that have been taking advantage of us
*Close the borders. (A good idea but his execution is both inhumane and illegal)
Trump loves to wrap himself in the American flag and brag about his love of the military, yet his response to complaints aboard the USS Lincoln about lack of food and basic hygiene needs met with a response from him denying these facts. To add further insult to the lives of these men and women serving the United States in a war zone, he doubled down saying they hadn't served aboardship long enough.
Trump is not pushing our country towards fascism alone; he has the spineless Republicans in Congress allowing him free rein. Please remember this when you vote in the midterms on November 3. It's time to vote Democrats in to put the brakes on this out of control regime.
