Take a hike, or a bike
To the Journal editor:
Dry pavements are now the lanes for those who walk and bike. The non-polluting means of getting around are less costly than driving. And if your lane took you out so far that you would like a ride back, try mass transit.
Busses have bike racks. Cutting emissions for Earth Day and everyday just makes cents.
