Where are the town halls?
Dear the Journal editor:
(It’s) very interesting that U.S. Rep. Jack Bergman, R-Watersmeet, will be at Belgiumtown in Stephenson on Sept. 27 for a fundraiser.
Bergman has visited the Upper Peninsula on numerous occasions in the past months for fundraising and meet-and-greets. How many town halls has he shown up for? The last town hall Bergman held with us in the U.P., his constituents, was in 2017.
Why would you support someone who doesn’t listen to you?
