As I write this, it’s again to help us not to let the world changing events get us depressed. With climate change still going on and our leaders in Washington, D.C., still not getting along, we must not watch too much news but get out and enjoy our summer days.

There are places to go where we still have clean, lakes, rivers and the beauty of nature. A quiet environment helps us to rest our minds. I’m still hopeful that we, the people, can still try to help each other and hope for family and friends to support us. Years ago, when our country was the beginning of our U.S.A., it was said, we, the people, and our so-called leaders work for all of us a better life, a place to live and have respect for each other. I hope we can get back to that.

It seems more like doing what I want and we all know about many with lots of money and want more, when I was young it was not that way. And I was led astray for awhile by the way of money. But, having a so-called spiritual awakening was the best thing for me. Back to caring for each other, happy with a nice home and some food to eat. Sharing food, etc., with others.

So again, it’s up to us, we the people, to hopefully create a good life for all of us and our leaders work for us and not themselves. That includes saving our planet from climate change and seeking peace in the world. Time will tell. God gave us a beautiful earth. I hope we save it.

A better place

Heaven will be a much better place than this earthly world. Remember this, it will help you ease the pain and sadness when loved ones pass away. Jesus said, in my father’s house there are many rooms. I will go and prepare a place for you. I will come again and take you home with me. You have no sickness or hunger to be alone. Darkness will not prevail. God will provide the light. So, take heart and don’t let things of the world let you down. Trust in my promise as written in my book called the Bible. It’s life with Jesus as promised. A better place where all will be loved and cared for, thanks to God for the best gift ever.
