You have to give Trump and the Republicans credit. They are doing exactly what they said they would do.

Project 2025, written and funded by the ultra conservative Heritage Foundation is online, and easy to access.

Every American should read it.

During his campaign, Trump denied knowledge of Project 2025, and said he wasn’t going to read it after polls indicated that it was unpopular, even among MAGA Republicans.

Then Trump got elected and appointed many of its writers to his administration, despite their lack of qualifications. Russell Vought, Stephen Miller, Thomas Homan, Brendan Carr, Pete Hoekstra, John Radcliffe, Peter Navarro, Karoline Leavitt, Lindsey Burke.

Project 2025 targets the National Institute of Health, Medicare, Medicaid, the Department of Education, and other government agencies that serve the very young, very old or disabled.

Also targeted: universities, Department of Education, Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Environmental Protection Agency, National Flood Insurance, and other government agencies and programs that protect and serve the American people.

Project 2025 proposes to raise the Social Security retirement age, recommends abandoning full employment as a goal, and instead proposes to reduce the corporate tax rate and capital gains tax.

Also proposed, elimination of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which ensures bank deposits and supervises financial institutions, guaranteeing that if the bank fails, you still get your money.

Project 2025 puts the FBI, FCC, and DOJ under the direct control of the President.

Project 2025 proposes arrest, detention and mass deportation of immigrants, which Trump acted upon this week.

Project 2025 proposes deploying U.S. Armed Forces for domestic law enforcement.

This is exactly what Trump did in California, usurping the governor’s exclusive authority regarding the National Guard, even going so far as to to threaten to arrest Gov. Gavin Newsom and then sending in U.S. Marines for local law enforcement.

Fortunately, Judge Stephen Breyer intervened, stating, “That’s the difference between a constitutional government and King George.”

King George could do whatever he wanted, until American patriots stopped him.

An American President does not have the right to do whatever he wants unimpeded.

American patriots who understand that we live in a constitutional republic, not a monarchy or dictatorship, must stop this wannabe autocrat.

Project 2025 is not yet law of the land. If we don’t respond to Trump’s excesses, it could be. We must act.
