Service is lacking
To the Journal editor:
A new slogan for the U.S. Postal Service is now appropriate: Neither rain nor snow shall prevent mail from reaching your mailbox, unless the local office is short staffed.
I didn’t receive mail delivery on Thursday as I’m sure other city residents didn’t either. In the days leading up to the 31st, my mail wasn’t delivered until after 5 p.m.
