To the Journal editor:

In our fast moving world, a good way to go is one day at a time. Think of the many blessings from those of us to follow the way of the Lord. Have a home to live in. How about family and friends, some food to eat and decent health.

Those of us blessed in this way should try to remember to help those who aren’t. Times have changed in our world. Most don’t seem to have the need to help others. That’s the way the world seems to be going. But trusting in the Lord’s way will help you remember to think of those in need and help when you can.

By doing so you will be doing the Lord’s will and He will be there for you in times of suffering, sorrow and have people to help you. It’s a different way then, as I call it, the world’s way.

One has to decide which is best. For me, it’s helped me many times to have peace, joy, and most all, a better place beyond this life. A place called Heaven with no more worries, pain or even death. The promise of Jesus for all who receive Him as Savior and Lord. The word of the Lord.
